If you would like Dyvig Badehotel to do the cooking for New Year’s Eve, then make sure you order now. We will prepare a four-course menu that you can easily heat and serve your guests at home.

Book your four-course New Year’s Eve menu by 1st December 2023 and pay just DKK 350 per person.

Orders placed after 1st December 2023 will be charged at DKK 350 per person.

​Creamy virgin lobster bisque with hand peeled shrimp and dill. (not spicy)

Butter-baked New Year’s cod with parsley / mustard pan, puree, and toasted sesame sauce.

Tournedos of beef tenderloin, served with sherry sauce, potato pie, balsamic pickled pearl onion as well as baked root vegetables.

Italian Tiramisu, in layers consisting of mascarpone cream, cocoa and ladyfingers.

The New Year’s Eve menu can be ordered through reception and payment made by bank transfer (Kreditbanken) to reg no. 7931 – account no. 1135408 no later than 18th December – orders placed after this date are payable in cash at the time of pickup.

The New Year’s menu can be picked up at Dyvig Badehotel between the hours of 11:00 and 13:00.

Or at Sct. Marie Kirke in Sønderborg from 11:00 – 13:00.
