Rooms can be cancelled at no charge until 12:00 the day before arrival. For cancellations later than 12:00 the day before arrival, 100% of the price of the first night will be charged. In case of a no-show, 100% of the price of the first night will be charged.
Section 1: Cancellation for the entire group must be in writing and up to two weeks before the event.
Section 2: For cancellations of entire groups/parties later than one month before the event, the customer is obliged to compensate the hotel’s losses – to a maximum of 75% of the all-inclusive agreed amount/event price. For cancellations later than 8 days before the event, the customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the ordered services. Full payment is required for services that cannot be cancelled.
Section 3: Reductions of up to 35% of the participants must be communicated in writing to the hotel no later than one week before the event. For reductions of more than 35% of participants after this time, payment will be required as listed in section 2.
Section 4: Dyvig Badehotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of circumstances caused by conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to a strike, general lockout, fire or damage or other unforeseen events, without compensation of any kind. The hotel is not liable in cases of government intervention against the hotel industry such as tax changes that warrant price increases.
Section 5: The customer is responsible for covering various expenses, even those paid individually, as all costs not paid by the individual participants are automatically charged to the main bill.
For private events such as birthdays, weddings, etc., the customer is obliged to compensate the hotel for any damage caused to the hotel furniture, wallpaper, etc. This can be in the form of their insurance or otherwise.
The entire conference/event/romms can be cancelled at no cost up to 3 months prior to arrival. For cancellation of the conference/event after this date, 50% of the confirmed event price must be paid.
If the conference/event is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the confirmed event price must be paid.
We require final information about the number of guests at least 7 days before the event. Minor modifications can be granted up to 3 days before the event.
