Below you will find a sample menu for your wedding dinner and the rest of the evening. It is most important thing for us that your wedding wishes are fulfilled on every level for your big day.
Wedding cake & coffee
Freshly brewed coffee served on the Terrace with wedding cake from the Dyvig patisserie in Dyvig (a classic flavour suggestion is Valrhona chocolate and fresh berries – with white marzipan and flowers to match those in the bridal bouquet).

Selection of Spanish & Italian sausages and cheese.
Selection of olives, aioli and bread from the Dyvig patisserie

Aperitif – Champagne.
Roasted turbot served on sauce nage with salted roe & asparagus as well as freshly baked bread and butter
Filet of red deer served with cranberry sauces, Pommes Anna, asparagus and a variation of mushrooms.
Chocolate fondant with a soft core, fresh berries and sorbet ice cream.
Coffee/tea served with hand made chocolate.
Cognac and liqueur can be offered to your preferences.
A buffet of drinks can be set up for the after-dinner dance, including wine, water, beer and other selections.
A bar can be arranged with selected drinks at DKK 85 each.
