At Dyvig Badehotel, we take pride in creating a spectacular wedding celebration for your big day. We would be honoured to be a part of your wedding planning from the very beginning, to ensure that every detail is perfectly in place. We have our Star Hall (Sjernesalen) and the Flora Danica Room (Restaurant Vigen), where we can provide the ultimate setting for your celebration for up to 170 guests.

Weather permitting, we would also be pleased to serve wedding cake and champagne on the terrace and allow your guests to enjoy the rest of the day and evening in just the way you wish on your very special day.

MENU

Below you will find a sample menu for your wedding dinner and the rest of the evening. It is most important thing for us that your wedding wishes are fulfilled on every level for your big day.

Aperitif – Crémant 

Filet of lemon sole served with truffle sauce, crumble of local ryebread, lemon and cress served with homemade bread and butter.

Veal – served with kale of the season, a variation of greens, red wine sauce and potatoes fried in butter. 

Chocolate fondant with a soft core, fresh berries and vanilla ice cream.

Coffee/tea served with handmade chocolates.


Cognac and liqueur may be offered at your preference.

A buffet of drinks can be set up for the after-dinner dance, including wine, water, beer and other selections.


A bar can be arranged with selected drinks at DKK 85 each.

Late night snack – choose from our selection.
